Body follows spirit and this spirit is: Happy Adventurous Curious Strong Loving Flawed Beautiful Grateful I'm still amazed at where I am today. I have so, so much to be grateful for. And I have so, so much to still learn. Last year was a whirlwind. It went by so fast and was filled to the brim with adventures. I intend to keep it up this year, but also need to remember to take care of my spirit and body. That means practicing some balance between adventure and calm...feeling ok saying no to some things. If you feel me pulling back, it's because I need to refill my tank. #mindfulness #balance #harmony #adventuretime #adventure #selfcare #selfreflection #happiness #happinessjourney #visitlapland #visitsweden #visitfinland #lovewinter #tourist #sightseeing #gratitude

Framing. Front focused, background blurred. Shot at 26mm I believe. I'm enjoying the three edits, let's me get a tad more creative. In other news, I'm thinking about hitting up Mammoth or Big Bear sometime in Feb. Could be cool, might be lame.

My first time being in one these things. It’s been real interesting. Gotta say I’m glad he’s found something that makes him happy and I was so apprehensive about it when he brought up going to academy. Took him a whole 2 weeks to convince me. When he finished his mentoring last week and asked me to go with him I was like “whoa what now” but I thought alright just one time shouldn’t hurt, maaan it’s been wild. But he’s doing great, I’m proud of him. It gives him@new challenges to conquer, drive to do learn new things, a goal for our families future. He’s really doin to em out here. #truckwife #truckerhusband #newbeginnings #newadventures #adventuretime #semi #swift #proudwife #2020

I was lucky to see the International Tulip Festival. During the month of April, you can spot these glorious spring flowers everywhere in Istanbul. But for a real tulip treat and the International Istanbul Tulip Festival, you have to head to Emirgan Park. It is one of the largest public parks in Istanbul and has several tulip gardens.
