Here she is! Those Vegan oat cookies I made on my story the other day. I love coming up with new recipes to share with you guys, I was pretty happy with the way these turned out so enjoy, they are super easy to make all in one bowl, let me know if you make them! . INGREDIENTS 1 cup @harrawaysnz rolled oats 3/4 cup @ceresorganics brown rice flour 1/4 cup @ceresorganics almond meal 1/4 cup @ceresorganics ground flaxseed 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup melted @ceresorganics coconut oil 1 Tbsp @ceresorganics brown rice malt syrup or pure maple syrup Pinch salt 1 small mashed banana 1 tsp @mrsrogersnz cinnamon powder 1 Tbsp warm water 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 Tbsp @ceresorganics coconut sugar 1/2 cup carob buttons or vegan chocolate bits or raisons 7 walnuts roughly chopped (optional) . METHOD Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. 1. In a large size bowl mix oats, brown rice flour, almond meal, ground flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, coconut sugar and carob buttons. 2. Add in melted coconut oil stir. 3. Add in vanilla essence, brown rice malt syrup, warm water and stir. 4. Add in mashed banana and stir through well. 5. Scoop about 1 heaped Tbsp roll into a ball, flatten onto a lined baking tray. 6. Sprinkle crushed walnuts in the middle (optional) 7. Bake for 20minutes at 180degrees. .

AVOCADO CHICKPEA QUINOA BOWL Good afternoon and Happy Friday everyone Enjoying this typical and delicious Chickpea quinoa bowl for lunch today予 This chickpea curry thing (its not really a curry but its not really a salad) is actually sooo good and Ive Ben eating it all the time lately 不 dEATS漎儭 Quinoa: Fried onions 2 cups of quinoa 4 cups of water salt pepper Cook till ready and fluffy! Chickpeas: Saut矇e spinach, tomatoes , minced garlic in avocado oil. Then add in chickpeas (however much youd like) with lots of salt and pepper and let simmer on stove on low for about 20 minutes! I topped this bowl with avocado duh and EBTB which really made the bowl! INGREDIENTS: 4 tablespoons butter 1 sweet onion, diced small 3 celery stalks, diced small 1 pound ground chicken sausage 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1 box stuffing mix (like Stove Top) 2 1/2 cups corn bread - crumbled* (recipe in on site) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 egg, beaten 1 carton cream of chicken soup (like Pacific Foods brand) 2 cups low sodium chicken stock 2 tablespoons butter, sliced thin INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a casserole dish, set aside. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and cook the sausage until no longer pink. 3. Remove from the pan, and set aside. In the same pan, add the 4 tablespoons of butter, and saute the celery and onion, until tender. About 6 minutes. 4. Add the sausage back to the pan and stir in the salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and sage. Stir. 5. In a large bowl, pour in the stuffing mix, crumbled corn bread, egg, stock, cream of chicken soup, and sausage mixture. Give a good stir to mix it all together. 6. Pour into prepared casserole dish, and place the thinly sliced butter all over the top. 7. Happy Friday! Normally I would share a decor picture with you, but instead I thought I would share my warm your belly, cozy potato soup. With chilly weather and rain here nothing is better then a warm cup of soup. This is one of our favorites and the recipe is so adaptable you can make it vegetarian and vegan. EASY Peppermint bark recipe: . . -30 peppermint candies crushed -1 1/2 pounds semi-sweet dark chocolate -1 1/2 pounds white chocolate -3/4 teaspoon peppermint flavor oil based . . Line 9x13 pan w/parchment paper Melt dark choc. chips in microwave (30 sec. increments in glass bowl until melted--stirring each time, about 90 seconds) Pour dark choc. on baking pan & spread Melt white choco. chips in microwave in 30 sec. increments until fully melted *then add peppermint flavor Pour white choc. chips over dark choc. chips evenly, then top w/crushed candy (push them in slightly) Cool in refrigerator until fully hardened--about 30 mins . . Hoy os dejo una "receta" que no es receta. Es tan sencillo como comprar los ingredientes y combinarlo (m獺s o menos). Son unos lomos de salm籀n crudo que hemos marinado unos minutos con ralladura de lima, jengibre picado y un chorrete de aceite de s矇samo. La cama, de ensalada de alga wakame, que venden congelada en @mercadona. Emplata con ralladura de lima y s矇samo de wasabi. Tambi矇n puedes a簽adir una mayonesa de soja, de wasabi o de s矇samo. Un plato de 10 y f獺cil eh! para que no me pong獺is excusas
