One of the biggest things that I think help get stronger is working with weight you have trouble with. If you get for example only 5-6 reps max of 315 or so and want to get stronger try: - 3 x 3 - 5 x 2 - 10 x 1 Get comfortable with being uncomfortable Yeah it’s gonna be tough but take your breaks and go in and give 100% every set, soon enough you’ll be doing something that you’re sometimes getting 5-6 reps of and you’ll be doing it for 8-10 comfortably

Today's work was on the posterior muscles. Back and Legs today. The emphasis is to make sure I stay strong on my squats on the way down and on the way up.
