Looking back.... Always at the booty About 10kg up from Stage weight and holding nicely. Having looked at other peoples techniques in the gym recently, I thought I would repost some Do's and Don'ts. . The Kneeling One Arm Rows exercises are easy ones to get the technique wrong. . Always remember 1 simple thing. Make sure your body posture is as straight as possible from your Neck to the base of your spain. . The rhythm needs to be consistent for maximum effectiveness, making sure the weight isnt too much otherwise there isnt any point doing the exercise as you will not see progress. . Doing this wrong and arching your back or putting your head down (which are easy things to do) can cause aches, pains, tensions and injuries in your Neck, Shoulders, Spine and also could cause the body to become imbalanced. . But keep working hard, I've seen some real awesome transformations over the last couple of months.

Check in time!! It's the penultimate check in before this cycle ends. Weight down half a KG, and another qtr inch off the waist and hips. This week has had its challenges with Christmas parties etc, but I've stayed on track. @tom_aston_online_coaching will probably be planning some changes to the carb and water intake this week as we enter the final week. I'll post a little more about that as the week progresses. From here on in its almost 100% a mental battle to get to the end of the week in optimal condition. Let's do this
