|| CHOCOLATE BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS || Honestly the creamiest level of these oats is unreallllll. Bone broth protein from @ancientnutrition really walks the extra mile with you, if ya know what I mean?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (I get mine at Aldi) 1 scoop @ancient nutrition chocolate creme protein 1/2 cup milk of choice - I used almond milk - combine all ingredients, then soak overnight. when you're ready to eat, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top with blueberries or your favorite frozen fruit. I added a almond butter drizzle and it did not disappoint Happy Wednesday guys! Half way to the WeEkEnD!

Breakfast on repeat- thanks to @citygirl217 and @keepingitawesomejake for sharing the recipe that inspired this. The base of my overnight oats is always the same. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 3 Smart Points on @ww if you are following #teampurple For this bowl -I also added 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules, a banana and topped it with almond butter and slivered almonds and dried cranberries- which bumped this up to 7 Smart Points. With the oats, almond milk, chia seed base you can add different things to mix it up. Add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa to make it chocolate overnight oats. Add diced apple and cinnamon for apple pie overnight osts. Add shredded carrot and a little brown sugar for carrot cake overnight oats. Fresh or frozen fruit it a great addition and a few times I have added 1/4 of a package of sugar free vanilla pudding which makes it super creamy. I’ve never been too huge a fan of oatmeal, but these overnight oats are a game changer! I simply added 3/4 c steel cut oats, 3/4 c almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp chia seeds & a dash of cinnamon. Left overnight in the fridge and then topped this morning with 1/2 banana, frozen mixed berries, & peanut butter! Gonna experiment a little more in the next few weeks and come up with some more overnight oat ideas, I already have a few in mind! (I personally think this makes enough for 2 breakfasts!)

We make them as we do, soaking + refrigerating oats in milk overnight (you can find this recipe on INMYBOWL, search: make ahead muesli ), but now give them a little extra warmmm love in the AM. Add your serving of overnight oats to a small pot with about 1/4 cup milk of choice. Cashew has been a current go-to! You want the oats to hold their texture, but be on the thinner side. Bring to a simmer over medium-low, allowing milk to reduce slightly. 2 minutes. Serve in your favorite bowl with your favorite topping! They’ll be even dreamier than making a bowl of oats from zero. Time oat I loveeeee making a batch of rolled oats and adding a touch of sea salt it really brings out the flavor of the oat. Then adding my favorite mix of nuts (roasted salted almonds, raw walnuts, and raw pumpkin seeds) and adding sweetness with dried cranberries and fresh fruit I don’t add milk but I do you cottage cheese for extra protein you can use yogurt tok I just like cottage cheese better. It’s the perfect breakfast after a hard workout packed with good protein, carbs, and fats.
