Тертий пиріг люблять всі, я думаю - готувати легко! зберігай, готуй і радуй свою сім'ю смакотою Борошно 4 скл. Масло вершкове 200 г. Ванілін 2 г. Яйце 2 шт. Сода 0.5 ч.л. Оцет 0.5 ч.л. Смородинове варення 1 скл. Масло трохи розм'якшити, тільки не топити. Залишити його при кімнатній температурі на кухні або порізати на шматки і поставити на 15 сек. в мікрохвильовку. Змішати масло, цукор, ванілін. Можна міксером, блендером. Додати яйця. Соду погасити оцтом і додати, перемішати все. Борошно просіяти, замісити тісто, яке не має липнути до рук. Поставити в холодильник на годинку. Розділити тісто на 2 частини, одну більшу. Більшу викласти руками у форму, зверху намазати варенням, і ще зверху потерти на тертці крупно малу частину тіста. В духовку 200 гр. на 25 хв. і готово. Готуйте і насолоджуйтесь, нехай вам буде смачно! #recipes #jam #непп

GUAVA SORBET RECIPE | MEVOLIFE I’m a hard core DESSERT LOVER and only I know how hard it is not to indulge in the sweetness of desserts literally every day. This summer, I made a lot of desserts at home as this way I could have easily controlled the sugar quantity and also omit various kinds of preservatives that the market available packaged dessert options contain. Fruits are very essential in my life and whenever I feel I need that sweet fix, I make some very easy yet delicious fruit sorbets at home. You would only need your favorite fruit, some sugar ( very less quantity, as the fruit already contains the natural sweetness in it), some lime juice and food coloring to make this one. Try GUAVA SORBET tonight and surprise you loved ones. Ingredients 2 cups ripe chopped guavas 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp lime juice a few drops of strawberry red fruit color Method 1. Combine the guavas, sugar and 1 cup of water in a pan and bring to a boil. 2. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes till the guavas soften and the sugar syrup is of one string consistency. 3. Cool slightly and blend in a liquidizer. 4. Strain through a sieve and add the lemon juice and red food color so that the mixture is pink in color. Mix well and cool completely. 5. Pour into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is firm. 6. Serve small scoops in long stemmed ice-cream glasses. I n g r e d i e n t s: . 2 egg yolks 180g of flour 130g of sugar 15g of vanilla sugar 60g of butter (melted) 125ml of milk 5g of baking powder 40g of grated walnuts 5tsp of poppy seeds 1large or 2 medium size apples A pinch of salt 2 tsp of cinnamon 1Tbs of lemon juice 1tsp of coconut oil . M e t h o d: . •Peel and slice apples •When ready mix with lemon juice and cinnamon •Preheat oven for 180°C •Whip together sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks (leave 3tbs of sugar for topping) •Add half of the melted butter to mixed eggs and sugar •Also add milk, salt, baking powder and sifted flour •Mix well •Add grated walnuts and poppy seeds •Grease baking pan with coconut oil •Pour dough into the baking pan gradually (layetlr of of dough, then layer apples, repeat) •Pour the rest of the butter •And cover with sugar •Put to oven for 30min .
